Bill Clinton, Newt Gingrich, Bob Dole, Bob Packwood were all
going to see the Wizard of Oz.  When they got there, they all made
requests of the Wizard.  Bill Clinton said "I need a brain."  Newt
Gingrich blurted "I need a heart."  Bob Dole said "I need courage."  Bob
Packwood said "Where's Dorothy?"
