An indian chief has become constipated and so goes to see his
friendly  neighbourhood doctor.  The doctor listens to the chief's
problem  and gives him a pill telling him to take 1 a day and come back
in a week.  A week later the chief shows up at the doctors office again.
The  doctor asks the chief, "have you moved yet?" (refering to a bowel
  movement).  The indian chief replies "Me no move."
The  doctor gives the chief a larger pill and says "Take 2 of these a day
  and come back in a week."  A week later the chief once again arrives at
  the doctors office.  The doctor again asks the chief "Have you moved yet?"
To  which the chief replies, "Me no move."  The doctor gives the chief an
  even bigger pill than the last one and tells him to take 3 a day and
  come back in a week.
The  next week the chief arrives yet again at the doctors office.  The
  doctor asks his usual question, "Have you moved yet?"
The  chief replies "me no move."  Totally fed up, the doctor gives the chief
  the biggest damn pill he can find and tells him to take 4 of these a day and
  come back in a week.  The chief thanks the doctor and leaves the office.
The  following week the chief arrives at the doctors office.  The doctor
  asks again, "Have you moved yet?"
To which the chief replies, "Me hafta move,  teepee full of shit!"
